Meet the Team
Albert comes from a family of jewelers. Following his father’s footsteps, Albert has now been in business for over 45 years. He started at a very early age in the jewellery business. As a very skilled diamond setter, he was very much in demand because of his long-time experience, great skill, speed, and integrity in the trade. As an independent worker, he has worked for many reputable, renown jewelers over the years, Birks being one of them.
His solid reputation in the trade, both as a setter and wholesaler, has earned him the trust of both retailers and customers alike. Albert Saati has now decided to join forces with his son, Andrew, a jeweler and designer, and become part of continuing the family tradition.
Andrew , following in his father's footsteps, has been working in the industry for 12 years. In his early childhood, he watched his father at the bench, setting diamonds and doing jewellery repairs, learning the techniques from a professional jeweler. Later he was further motivated to learn how to cast jewellery from a manufacturing perspective. To gain further jewellery experience he applied to the Gemological Institute of America, eventually becoming a certified graduate gemologist.
When Saati Fine Jewellery opened its doors in 2010, Andrew decided to further expand his expertise and began designing custom pieces to meet his customers' needs and demands. Saati Fine Jewellery is not only an expression of the Saati Family tradition, it reflects Andrew's passion and love for the industry.
